We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies.

Table requests made through this site are enquiries, not guaranteed bookings. We confirm every reservation by phone or email. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reserved time before releasing them.

For groups of more than 12, or for private events, please contact us directly so we can plan properly.

Cake orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit; the balance is due on collection or delivery. Standard cakes require 48 hours' notice, and custom or tiered cakes require longer — we'll confirm the timeline when we quote.

Because every cake is made to order, cancellations made within 48 hours of collection may not be refundable. We'll always try to be fair and flexible where we can.

Prices shown on this site are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Menu items and seasonal specials change with availability. Cake quotes are valid for 14 days.

Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Dietary tags on the menu are a guide. Please tell our team about any allergies before ordering so we can advise you accurately.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
